I’ve learned a lesson from the last two expansions and that was to use the app to gain rep even though I’m not actually logging into BfA anymore due to boredom. I kick myself for not doing this during Legion. I didn’t achieve flying until the very end there since I dreaded the monotonous world quest rep grind.
Now I’ve been doing only rep missions for reps that I need for the Pathfinder Achievement. I expect when I log back in to have earned it. (whoop deedoo!) I’ve finally used up my resources so I’m done with Blizzard until the next patch comes out.
I love the game. I love the story and I’m enjoying my time spent but gosh I hate these texture issues. The different layers of clothes pop through. It’s a bit of a holey mess. Perhaps it’s my computer being a two year old cheezy gaming laptop with GeForce 920M. I took the photo with my cell phone as I couldn’t get screenshots to work, could be my bad as well.
Episode 5 of Skull-face Bookseller Honda-san threw in some Golden Kamuy into the mix by channeling the Unknown Comic.
Skull-face Bookseller Honda-san is really quirky and I quite enjoy it. Each episode is only 11 minutes long and may contain a few vignettes. Honda-san shows how stressful a bookseller job can be when foreign otakus swarm his shop for the latest BL manga.
I’m loving The Comiq by Yu-Gi-Oh! creator Kazuki Takahashi. The way he drew the faces turned me off a bit at the beginning but I was won over by the great backgrounds with nice inking and of course the story. It’s a classic who dun it?! murder mystery and I’m sucked into the story already. I only pray that VIZ media doesn’t drop it from the North American digital edition.
In real life, as well as this story, prison inmates are made to draw manga backgrounds to acclimate into society. Up-and-coming mangaka Ryota Sakamaki is hard at work on a new series, advised by his sister Mihana and taunted by the super-popular mangaka Seiya Himekawa.
Ryota’s work begins to reveal unsettling parallels to a murder that took place years earlier—and he learns Baba, the supposed murderer in the case, is drawing his backgrounds. Convinced Baba is innocent based on the drawings, Ryota sets out to prove it with the power of manga.
Dr. Stone and The Promised Neverland are still going strong with the stories hitting some suspenseful potential climaxes at the same time. Who will die and who will survive are still in question as both series leave you hanging at chapters end.
The Promised Neverland is slated for an anime and I would bet Dr. Stone will have one eventually.
I’ve noticed a lot of hype on ASMR videos on YouTube and mentioned on the local radio station. ASMR are sounds like just feel good. Like a tingling from the top of your head down your spine or just a relaxing feeling that could make you want to drift off to sleep.
YouTube’s MadSeasonShow is my ASMR. Not only does he make great World of Warcraft content videos his voice is just wonderfully dead pan. He even jokes about the mono tone in this video.
I like his channel. He’s not pretentious, informative and seems like the dude I would want as a guildie.
I’m pretty hyped about this announcement of Warcraft 3 Reforged. I have the original version on my desktop now but the new smexy graphics will make me open my wallet again. Now if only EA would give the first Dragon Age some make over magic!
